Men det mest sp\u00e6ndende er historien bag, idet den oprindeligt var en muslimsk mosk\u00e9, som tog ca. 100 \u00e5r at bygge. Derfra stammer de 800 s\u00f8jler og buerne i loftet.<\/p>\n<p>Inden moskeen var f\u00e6rdigbygget blev muslimerne forvist fra Spanien i 1200-tallet, og den blev bygget om, idet der i midten blev bygget en katolsk katedral, og katolske relikvier rykkede ind overalt.<\/p>\n<p>Broen, som vi gik over, er endu \u00e6ldre og romersk, Torre de La Calahorra.<\/p>\n<p>Helheden er overv\u00e6ldende, og der valfartes fra hele verden dertil, det var meget tydeligt, at de bes\u00f8gende kom langsvejs fra.
